XC-010

Primer XC-010 is a suspension of pigments in a solution of vinyl copolymer in a mixture of organic solvents.

PURPOSE

The primer is used to protect metal structures and equipment that are exposed to alkalis, mineral acids, aggressive gases, salts and other chemicals, if their temperature does not exceed 60°C.

PROPERTIES

Durability as part of a complex three-layer coating, full water resistance, excellent chemical resistance, fast drying.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surfaces must be cleaned of corrosion products, scale, welding spatter, grease and other types of contamination and degreased in accordance with GOST 9.402. Do not use on wet surfaces, ice, snow.

SOIL PREPARATION

Before use, the primer is mixed in the manufacturer's container until the sediment completely disappears and homogeneity.

APPLICATION METHOD

Pneumatic, brush, roller.

DILUTION

R-4 or R-4A.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

The soil should be transported and stored in a tightly closed container, excluding direct sunlight and moisture, at a temperature from -20°С to + 35°С.
