PF-115

PF-115 enamel of various colors. One-component enamel based on alkyd varnish, weather-resistant pigments with the addition of desiccant, organic solvents and functional additives.

PURPOSE

Enamel PF-115 is used for painting metal and wood products and objects used in atmospheric conditions and indoors. The enamel film is resistant to temperature changes from -50°C to + 60°C.

PROPERTIES

The enamel forms a smooth protective and decorative glossy coating. The coating has good weather resistance, moisture resistance and strength.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surfaces must be cleaned of corrosion products, scale, welding spatter, grease and other types of contamination in accordance with GOST 9.402.

APPLICATION METHOD

PF-115 enamel is applied to the surface by spraying, jet casting, dipping and brushing.

DILUTION

White spirit (nefras C-4), turpentine or a mixture of solvents 1: 1.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Enamel should be transported and stored in a tightly closed container, excluding direct sunlight and moisture, at temperatures from -40°C to + 40°C.
