XB-124

Enamel ХВ-124 is a one-packing paint and varnish material based on polyvinyl chloride and alkyd resins.

PURPOSE

Enamel XB-124 is intended for painting primed metal surfaces, as well as wooden surfaces used in atmospheric conditions.

PROPERTIES

The coating, consisting of three layers of XB-124 enamel, applied to the primed surface, retains its protective properties in a temperate climate for 6 years. The enamel film is resistant to detergents, industrial oil, gasoline, low ambient temperatures.

SURFACE PREPARATION

To prepare the surface for painting, preliminary priming with materials such as AK, FL, VL is necessary. Before use, make sure that the enamel is well mixed and homogeneous throughout the container. If necessary, the enamel before use can be diluted to a working viscosity of 14-15 with a solvent R-4A.

APPLICATION METHOD

Enamel XB-124 is applied by pneumatic, airless spraying, it is possible to apply by electrostatic spraying, as well as by a brush. The prepared enamel is applied to the primed surface of the metal to be protected by brush, roller, pneumatic or airless spraying at an ambient temperature of -10°C to + 30°C and a relative humidity of no more than 80%.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

The enamel should be stored indoors in a tightly closed container, excluding direct sunlight and moisture at temperatures from -30°C to + 30°C.
