AK-070

Primer AK-070 is a suspension of pigments in a solution of acrylic resins and organic solvents with the addition of additives and plasticizers.

PURPOSE

Universal primer AK-070 covers aluminum, magnesium, titanium and steel surfaces of various parts and devices. Coating of other surfaces is also allowed. AK-070 primer is used in ship repair, shipbuilding, military and civil aviation. It is allowed to use a primer for other purposes.

PROPERTIES

The primer film has high anticorrosive properties, high weather resistance and mechanical strength.

SURFACE PREPARATION

If necessary, cleaning from dirt and water-soluble substances, rounding off sharp edges, cleaning from loose layers of the old coating, removing oil and grease contaminants. It is recommended to abrasive blast cleaning to Sa 2 ½, cleaning to Sa 2 is allowed, mechanical cleaning to St 3, in small areas it is allowed to St 2 (or up to 2 in accordance with GOST 9.402, degreasing to 1).

APPLICATION METHOD

Airless spraying.

PREPARATION OF THE MATERIAL

Ensure the temperature of the primer is 15-25 ºС. Mix thoroughly, dilute with solvent if necessary.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

The guaranteed shelf life is 16 months from the date of manufacture in an original hermetically sealed container in a dry place protected from moisture, direct sunlight and other heat sources, at temperatures up to +30 ° C.
