MS-17 

Enamel MS-17 is a suspension of pigments in a solution of alkyd-styrene varnish in orthoxylene with the addition of a desiccant and an antioxidant.

PURPOSE

Enamel MS-17 is intended for painting chassis assemblies and other car parts, as well as other metal products.

APPLICATION METHOD

Before use, either a desiccant NF – 1, or a desiccant FA – 1, or a desiccant LB – 2 are injected into the enamel in an amount of 1.5–2% of the enamel weight. Enamels are applied to the surface by spraying, dipping, pouring. If necessary, the enamels are diluted with orthoxylene or solvent. In electrostatic spraying, the solvent is selected by the enamel consumer. Consumption for a single coat 68–81 g/m² (depending on color).
