XC-710 in assortment

Enamel XC-710 is a one-packing material based on a copolymer of vinyl chloride with vinylidene chloride.

PURPOSE

Khmal XC-710 is designed to protect metal surfaces from the effects of aggressive environments of an alkaline and acidic nature.

PROPERTIES

Enamel XC-710 is used on primers XC-010. Forms a water- and petrol-resistant coating that can withstand the effects of mineral acids and alkalis, salts, corrosive gases and other chemical reagents with a temperature not higher than + 60°C.

SURFACE PREPARATION

When preparing the surface for painting, a preliminary priming is applied with primers XC-010 or XC-077.

APPLICATION METHOD

Application methods: pneumatic or airless spray. Application should take place at an ambient temperature of -10°C to +30°C and a relative humidity of no more than 80%.

PREPARATION OF THE MATERIAL

Before use, make sure that the base of the XC-710 enamel is well mixed and homogeneous throughout the container. If necessary, the materials can be diluted before use to the working viscosity with R-4 solvent.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Enamel XC-710 is flammable. Do not work near open sources of fire. Work with enamel with good ventilation, wearing rubber gloves, using personal protective equipment. Avoid inhalation and digestion. If enamel comes into contact with the skin, wash it with warm water and soap. Store XC-710 indoors in a tightly closed container, excluding direct sunlight and moisture at an ambient temperature of minus 30°C to + 30°C.
