BUTANOL

Butyl alcohol (butanol) is a colorless, slightly oily liquid with a characteristic fusel oil smell. Soluble in water to a limited extent.

APPLICATION

Butanol is used as a solvent for paints, varnishes and varnishes, natural and synthetic resins, rubbers, vegetable oils, paints and alkaloids. It plays an intermediate role in pharmaceuticals and chemicals and is used in industries such as imitation leather, textiles, shatterproof glass, rubber glue, shellac, raincoats, photographic films and perfume.
