APPLICATION

Acrylic resins of the "Doracrol" brand are a binder in the production of road marking materials ("cold plastic"), polymer self-leveling floors, repair compositions, acrylic stone (cast marble). Reactive resins are a polymer-monomer mixture based on acrylic components.

The main components of the resin "Doracrol" are reactive esters of acrylic and methacrylic acids. Acrylic resins "Doracrol" are used in a set with a peroxide-type hardener. After mixing with the curing agent, the liquid resins harden within a relatively short time of the chemical reaction. Dibenzoyl peroxide is used as a hardening agent for Doracrol resins, as a 50% powder or paste. Dibenzoyl peroxide is added to the resin in small amounts and acts as an initiator for the curing (polymerization) process.

Liquid resins "Doracrol" are always combined with fillers and pigments. Their behavior can be applied to various methods (eg extrusion, spraying). Due to their chemical composition, it is possible to set different degrees of hardness, which allows them to be used on different surfaces (concrete, asphalt) in all climates.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Acrylic resins "Doracrol" are transported and stored in accordance with GOST 9980.5. Dorakrol resins are transported by rail and road in covered vehicles or in universal containers in accordance with the Rules for the carriage of goods in force for this type of transport. Dorakrol resins are stored in closed manufacturer's packaging in closed, dry, well-ventilated warehouses of the manufacturer (consumer) under conditions excluding sunlight at temperatures below 25ᵒС. It is not recommended to store the resin near heating devices, as well as in rooms where flammable substances can be stored.

The guaranteed shelf life of the product in the manufacturer's packaging is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
