Tert-butyl peroxybenzoate is used for curing unsaturated polyester resins at elevated temperatures, as an initiator for the polymerization of monomers, for example, styrene, ethylene, acrylate, as a radical polymerization initiator, in the production of polymeric materials. Tert-butyl peroxybenzoate TBPB is a complete analogue of the Trigonox C and Luperox P brands.
